New Jang Su with HBS Buddies!

 

 

While Boston does not have any amazing Korean food (especially compared to Annandale, VA and Los Angeles), there is an H Mart out in Burlington, and near that, is New Jang Su Restaurant.

Peter and I stumbled upon New Jang Su earlier in 2011 when I had come across it on Chowhounds as one of the better/best Korean places...the Galbi is DELICIOUS, the only poopy thing is that they limit you on the Panchan side dishes...most every Korean place gives you unlimited Panchan, but New Jang Su will only refill 2 side dishes :(

Spicy Pork...a little too much veggies I think, but nonetheless the pork was nice and fatty and flavorful!
